With over 20 years of expertise in financial strategy, planning, and internal controls, Amila brings a wealth of experience to the Adrops team. Having served as Financial Controller of a leading Swiss-based multinational subsidiary for over a decade, he drove financial reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and strategic growth across Asia Pacific and Switzerland.

He has extensive experience in reporting and consolidation using Oracle Hyperion, ensuring IFRS compliance and alignment with global standards. Beyond finance, he has led IT operations and supported Logistics, HR, Operations, and Sales. A Fellow Member of CIMA (UK), he holds a master's in Financial Economics from the University of Colombo and a bachelor's in Business Administration (Special) from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.

Rohan Sunesh Sanjeewa is an accomplished finance professional with close to 20 years of experience spanning FMCG, banking, manufacturing, and audit. He is a member of CPA Australia, CIMA (UK), and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka, and holds a BSc in Accountancy (Special) from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.

He has led large finance teams, driving process improvements, strengthening internal controls, and ensuring full compliance. His expertise spans financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and IT systems integration — with proven success delivering accurate, timely, actionable insights, managing audits, and supporting board-level decisions.

Thushara is a seasoned finance and accounting professional with extensive board and executive-level experience. A Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and a CPA (Australia), he pairs strong technical expertise with commercial acumen. He holds an MBA and a bachelor's in Accounting from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, and currently serves as CFO of a publicly listed company in Sri Lanka.

Previously with EY Sri Lanka and seconded to EY Singapore as a Manager, he brings valuable international exposure. He has a proven track record in strengthening financial controls, integrated and ESG reporting, and delivering cost efficiencies. He also serves as a Visiting Lecturer for the MBA programme at the University of Ruhuna.
